It’s practically on top of the beach and centrally located in the heart of Old Town, close to the world-famous medieval church (Sant Bartomeu). Wander the narrow streets of Sitges and enjoy the main shopping street, also just one block away. The apartment is on the 3rd floor via stairs. You enter onto a spacious, light-filled, modern lounge/dining room with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony where you can sit at an outdoor table and sip your morning coffee, or evening wine and enjoy the sea view. The owner of this property has recently placed all new flooring, full re-paint and new aircon in each room. It is to reflect a clean, modern aesthetic. Every detail for your comfort is offered here with air-conditioning, central heating, ultra-fast Wi-Fi and a new large, flat-screen TV (4K HD). All three bedrooms are newly re-painted with comfortable beds, colourful throw-pillows, crisp white linen, side tables, tasteful lighting and built-in, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes for storage space. THE MASTER BEDROOM is bright with a 160’ bed and an attached ensuite bathroom complete with a generous sized bathtub, sink and toilet and clothes washing machine. Separated from the other 2 bedrooms (which are down the hall), makes it a very private space. you can benefit now from the new aircon. THE SECOND BEDROOM is a large double and situated in the back of the apartment making it very quiet and peaceful. It has its own air-conditioner and features a big comfy 160’ bed. THE THIRD BEDROOM is also a double bedroom, but cozy and smaller with a 140’ double bed. It now has an individual AC unit. THE KITCHEN is modern and stylish featuring a built-in dishwasher, large fridge & freezer, a blender and an electric oven/microwave with a gas stove-top and a Nespresso coffee machine and electric kettle for coffee or tea. A new large-sized, counter-top toaster-oven has been added for easy cooking on those hot summer nights. The dishes, cutlery, cookware and serving bowls are complete with everything you’ll need to cook your own meals and take advantage of the gourmet markets and fresh produce available in town. If you enjoy a clean modern aesthetic, within a stone’s throw of the beach and in the best Sitges location for your relaxing beach holiday, then be our guest! The appartment has an excellent location in middle of the city, everything is reachable within 5 minutes. Well equipped, spacious, ideal for longer stays as well. Our host Ashley was very kind and helpful, always stayed at our disposal. Hopefully we see more
