This accommodation is on the 4th Floor (S Atico) of this traditional Spanish apartment block. Once you have taken the steps to the first floor, this is where you can access the elevator to the 4th floor.
The large 20sq mt open terrace sees the sun all day and is perfect for sun worshippers. For those that wish to truly enjoy outdoor living the terrace boasts a new 2 ring hob and sink, together with dining area, sun loungers and electronic awning.
The apartment accommodation is located in the historic part of Sitges and only 5 minutes from the railway station where you can catch a train to numerous destinations, including every 15 minutes a train for a 25 minute journey to the centre of Barcelona
The open plan air conditioned living area consists of new tiled floors, 40" flat screen SMART TV a large breakfast bar divides the living room to the kitchen with Neff oven, 4 ring hob, dishwasher and everything you would expect from an ultra modern new kitchen.
The double and twin bedrooms both have safes, air conditioning and balconies
The bathroom has a large walk in shower area.
To further enhance your holiday experience ADSL, WiFi has now been added to complete the upgrading of this fantastic accommodation
