- Check in between 6 and 9pm incurs a fee of 25 Euro. Between 9pm and midnight, the fee is 40 Euro. Check-in after midnight is 50 Euro. Sunday check-in incurs a fee of 25 Euro up to 9pm and 40 Euro after this time.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- Tourist tax not included.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.

A slightly quieter spot a stones throw from San Sebastián beach and a few sea front bars and restaurants but within a 10 minute walk of the main town.
