This spacious 120 square meter duplex attic offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, ideally situated just a block away from the stunning beach of San Sebastian. Nestled in a quiet street, access to the duplex is via a flight of stairs. The lower level features an inviting open area that leads to three double bedrooms. The air-conditioned master bedroom 160 x 200 is generously sized, complete with fitted wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom, and its own balcony. The second air-conditioned bedroom is also spacious and has a balcony, while the third double bedroom 140 x 200, slightly smaller, is cooled by fans and includes a balcony as well. An additional full bathroom is conveniently located on this floor.

We loved this sunny, bright and comfortable apartment. It was easy to get to and the service was great. We were met shortly after our arrival and given a great tour of the house´s amenities and nearby services. The rooms were comfy, the noise level gsee more

We were met shortly after our arrival and given a great tour of the house´s amenities and nearby services. The rooms were comfy, the noise level good and the view from the terrace was lovely. It´s a short walk to the beach and the train station - a must for travelling to and from Barcelona. It was a lovely break from the hustle and bustle of Madrid!
