Bienvenidos a nuestro recién renovado espacio, diseñado para proporcionar una atmósfera luminosa y acogedora para nuestros huéspedes en 2025. Con un aspecto renovado y comodidades modernas, ¡no podemos esperar para compartir este vibrante entorno con ustedes! Vengan y experimenten la calidez y el confort que les espera.
Este es un apartamento fantástico para aquellos que disfrutan de vistas espectaculares. Ubicado casi en primera línea de mar con impresionantes vistas sobre el Mediterráneo y la hermosa ciudad histórica antigua.
Renovado en enero de 2025
El apartamento está situado en una de las calles estrechas de la parte antigua de Sitges, está en una ubicación fantástica. A un paso de la playa de San Sebastián con todos sus maravillosos bares y restaurantes y situado prácticamente junto a la mundialmente famosa iglesia de San Bartolomé.
Grandes ventanas de cristal dan acceso a la amplia terraza de 45 metros cuadrados, que cuenta con pérgola, tumbonas y mesa de comedor con sillas. Este es el lugar donde pasará la mayor parte de su tiempo y podrá cenar al aire libre. Relájese en las tumbonas o simplemente siéntese y tome su bebuja mirando el hermoso Mediterráneo.
La entrada al edificio residencial es a través de una puerta de hierro forjado y el apartamento está situado en la parte superior del edificio en la tercera planta por las escaleras.
Desde la puerta de entrada del apartamento se accede al salón/cocina que tiene televisor inteligente de pantalla plana, Wi-Fi de fibra óptica con descarga de 510 y subida de 541 mbps, y asientos de cuero.
La cocina moderna de estilo americano está a la izquierda y contiene todo lo que necesitaría para unas vacaciones de autoservicio, máquina Nespresso con gran barra de desayuno y asientos para cuatro.
El dormitorio uno tiene una cama doble de 160 cm, el dormitorio 2 tiene una cama de 150 cm, armarios empotrados grandes que proporcionan mucho espacio para su ropa de fiesta.
El nuevo baño es moderno y tiene una ducha grande y fantástica de tipo walk-in.
Este apartamento está perfectamente ubicado, es moderno, cómodo y tiene la terraza más fabulosa. Este es simplemente el lugar ideal para pasar sus vacaciones aquí en Sitges.

The only niggle we have is that the lock to the entrance gate to the building was a bit fiddly to work at times.
